Currently shipment is only available for Continental US and Canada. Orders are shipped
via regular mail from our estate to your doorstep.
Once an order is placed, it will be shipped within 1 business day. It will arrive
2 to 3 weeks from the day we received your order. You will receive notification
of your order status via email. We will contact you if an item is out of stock.

sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against
unauthorized access. All your personal information is encrypted before it is transmitted
over the Internet.
We are therefore equipped with the hardware and software technologies to prevent
unauthorized entry into our system.
Claims
Currently we are not accepting returns to Costa Rica but if you feel you have received
an incomplete order or the product has been damaged on the shipping please do not
