Coffee that is only roasted in small batches every time. Our vintage 24 pound Probat roaster delivers high quality Artisan Coffee (Café Artesanal) time after time. Our new 10 pound Bendig roaster lets us roast even smaller batches. We roast to order and never hold inventory for more than a week.  The result is a fragrant and fresh coffee bean, roasted to perfection and exacting specifications. Handcrafted from beginning to end, we still believe in the old way of doing things: with dedication, care and passion for our craft.
